The Workforce Task Force is a joint initiative of the St. Charles Regional Chamber and the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce & Industries, formed under the newly established Chamber Policy Coalition. This short-term task force will meet three times to identify and discuss key workforce and talent attraction challenges impacting businesses and residents in St. Charles County.

The task force will help shape a set of regional priorities to be considered by the full membership of each chamber. Final issues and recommendations will be presented for a vote at the Coalition Policy Summit on September 9 where chamber members will get the opportunity to help set 2026 Legislative Priorities for the two Chambers.

This is a unique opportunity for members to collaborate on shared priorities and directly influence the Chambers' joint advocacy efforts.
