Membership Refund Policy

St. Charles Regional Chamber Membership Dues Refund Policy

Membership dues paid to the St. Charles Regional Chamber are generally non-refundable, including both new memberships and renewals. Dues are final once paid.

Special Circumstances
In rare cases, the Chamber may consider partial or full refunds due to:

- Organizational closure or bankruptcy
- Significant changes like relocation outside the Chamber's area
- Other exceptional reasons as approved by the Board of Directors

Refund Requests
Members must submit a written request within 30 days of payment to the Chamber’s President/CEO.

Review Process
Refund requests will be reviewed by the Board or an appointed committee, with written notification of the decision. Approved refunds may be pro-rated, with possible administrative deductions.

Event registrations, sponsorships, or other Chamber activities are not covered by this policy.
